Since becoming a Stratocaster devotee in the late '60s, Eric Clapton has used Strats on some of the most memorable guitar parts ever put to record. The Fender Eric Clapton Artist Series Stratocaster includes electronics and features modeled on famous Clapton guitars like "Blackie" for an outstanding modern Stratocaster. To cover as much musical territory as possible, Eric Clapton tends to outfit his Strats with a few personal touches. The Eric Clapton Artist Series Strat includes several such additions to create a massive array of tones to choose from. For one, an active mid-boost control has been added to the second tone knob which gives a solid humbucking warmth excellent for jazz or more acoustic-like strumming. The middle tone knob features Fender's patented TBX circuitry which lends another layer of tonal potential. "Clapton Signature Stratocaster with Vintage Noiceless stacked Humbuckers"
This is in no way a Stratocaster but one hell of a guitar. I got it up un 137 decibels with mastervolume 1 out of 10 on Clean Channel. So forget the 25 db Boost. Professional Studios has measured it at 100 db boost with mid boost and 93 db boost without the mid boost. I own the old Clapton signature Stratocaster with Lace sencour gold. When the Vintage Noiceless Clapton signature Stratocaster was with a lot lowered EQ at 112 secibels it was 65,44 decibels louder than The Lace sencour gold Clapton signature Stratocaster. When the Vintage Noiceless Clapton signature Stratocaster with Vintage Noiceless was at with just a tad more volume on the amp on 120 decibels it was 73 decibels louder than the Lace sencour gold Clapton signature Stratocaster. Then I opened up the EQ a bit and the Vintage Noiceless Clapton signature Stratocaster with Vintage Noiceless stacked Humbuckers was at 137 decibels it was 87 decibels louder than the Lace sencour gold Clapton signature Stratocaster. thats how a non linear active curcuit with one 1000 volt condencour and five 100 volt cindensours a 63 volt condensour and a 43 volt condensour and 6 condensours more work. With Fast switching the Clapton signature Stratocaster with Vintage Noiceless stacked Humbuckers goes up to 15000 volt output backs off just a little then immidiately goes back to 15000 volts, which is possible whrn the non linear active cuircuit only has 128 micro ampe. A stacked Humbucker with 9,8 Khoms and 3 Henries with 2 1 meg pots…

and a volume pot of 500 like the Vintage Noiceless accelerates incredibly quick against a 5,6 Khom 2,3 Heniers with 3 250 pots Lace sencour gold pick ups. on the ditorted channel you get the abosut fattest tone you have ever heard and the most dirortion you will ever hear. Incredibly good guitar
