Feature:
average.

Quality:
great look to it. Overall well design.

Value:
best guitar for the price.

Desirability:
great. really sleek looking and an amazing soothing sound.

Sound:
sound quality is excellent...Couldn't ask for more from a 180$ Guitar

Ease of Use:
change the strings to some gibson acoustics and you are good to go.

Support:
havent had to deal with it.

"This guitar is amazing!"

Feature:
A second peg for a strap would be welcome, but all the other features have measured up to my expectations

Quality:
This guitar is extraordinary. It does what I need it to do, and I have every reason to believe that it will continue to do so.

Value:
I could not have asked for a better product for my money.

Desirability:
I bought one in "Marine Sunburst"--it's the prettiest guitar I've seen; all my friends are jealous

Sound:
I'm a music therapy major, so I was just looking for a no-nonsense bare-bones guitar to play a few chords to accompany me in therapy sessions. I could not be more pleased with the phenomenal sound quality I get from this guitar.

Support:
I have not needed any service, or upgrades, so I can't commment in this category.

Overall:
I will likely play this guitar until it falls apart; if it were to be lost or stolen, I wouldn't hesitate to buy the same product again.
