Feature:
As far as the price goes, this is again well worth it. Again, the pickups are a little too sensitive for my liking, but overall I can't complain with what it's got.
Quality:
As I said above, all I needed to adjust was the bridge, and the sensitive pickups, but overall the C-1 Classic is a good guitar. Well built and quite durable. It's also survived my nearly weekly tunings without the neck needing adjustment.
Value:
This is a good guitar for what you get. Well built, durable, and the fretboard inlay (vine of life?) is freakin' sexy.
Desirability:
I hate to admit it, but I almost went for it on looks alone. Got the red color scheme. That, combined with the gold hardware and inlay design make for a beautiful guitar. The finish is so well polished that it shines on stage, literally! Definite way to keep the crowd's eyes on you if you're into that kind of thing.
Sound:
Overall, I'd say this is a good sound for the price. The pickups are a little too sensitive, and I get a lot of feedback at low volume levels, but this may just be a problem with my amps. Otherwise it's great when played both clean and distorted.
Ease of Use:
The Classic is also very easy to use. All I needed to do to it was adjust the action and swap out for some thicker strings and it was ready to go.
Support:
I've never needed help with this. It's very easy to maintain.
Overall:
I bought it for a second guitar, and one more suited to metal, and it's very good at what it does. It's a good value for the price, definitely worth buying if it's in your price range.

Feature:
It has a 5-way selector switch, and although i love 3-way toggles, it is technically more diverse this way, so I can't complain there. Love the neck through, great sound. one tone, one volume keeps it simple without being minimal, and the tuners are a dream. My guitar has gone out of tune a total of ZERO times. Even when I tune down, the tuners lock it in place there, so you never have to worry about tuning a little low and then tuning back up so the tuners are going in the tightening direction. I love the grover tuners.
Quality:
Okay. Everything was great for the first couple months. No scratches when I got it, no stuff missing, no adjustments needed to the action or crap like that. The thing is, the input jack was a piece of sh*t. My cable has actually fallen out of the guitar a few times. It was a cheap and easy repair, but annoying while it was still a problem. Be aware that it was made in korea, so don't be surprised with tiny problems like that.
Value:
Absolutely worth the price. For all the great features and tone you get out of this, plus the gorgeous inlays, the guitar could be priced at over $1000 and no one would complain about price.
Desirability:
Everything about it screams gorgeous except for the finish. The finish is nice (i have the blue), but it's just...nice. nothing special. It's actually pretty deep blue, though quilted, so in darker lighting it looks black. Otherwise the inlays shine and the binding is nicely done, especially witht he fact that the body has natural wood binding to complement the blue, but ivory binding on the neck and headstock to bring out the inlays. Beautiful.
Sound:
Sounds great with distortion and clean, though it has a little twang with clean settings. The real duncans are great for metal and jazz and anything really. Only thing is that for a neck through guitar, the sustain really isn't mind-blowing compared to other guitars. However it is fuller.
Ease of Use:
Nothing wrong here. Mine has good, pretty low action, the cutaway lets you hit all 24 frets, onboard stuff is simple. Perfect.
Support:
Haven't used them, no problems.
Overall:
Great guitar. I am now looking for a real metal guitar with a trem so that I have two guitars for every tone, but this one is great. No big problems, totally happy, and it's cheap. Go get it.
