I never tire of Roland products. They are the best in the biz.
Sound
Sound is as natural as an amp gets. Flawless reproduction of my Tom Doerr custom. Responsiveness is immediate and zero hiss when not playing. I have no complaints on sound whatsoever and Roland once again comes through.
Features
Simple, which is exactly what I was looking for. I own a Line 6 M13 so I don't need a bunch of effects. Chorus provides some depth and delay is lacking. Overall controls are well situated with all the necessary inputs and aux one would need for pedals, effects returns etc.
Ease of Use
EQ flat, plug in and play. My guitar comes through perfect.
Quality
It's Roland. Enough said.
Value
Roland is a little on the expensive side but worth it in the end.
Manufacturer Support
Never dealt with Roland support. But then again, never need to. I've owned several Roland products including VG-88, various Boss effects.
The Wow Factor
I wanted it, now I own it.
