After players heard the Alnico II Pro single-coil models, many asked for that same sweetness in a humbucker version. The only way to get that sound is to use the Alnico II musical magnets with a new coil winding. The result is a warm, sweet tone with more natural string vibration for great sustain. Learn More...

The Hot Rodded Humbucker Set matches an SH-2n Jazz Model for the neck position with and an SH-4 JB Model for the bridge position. This is Seymour's favorite humbucker set and is widely used for everything from aggressive blues-rock to metal. Learn More...

The EMG 81TW humbucking pickup takes an EMG classic to a new level. The dual-mode design allows for maximum flexibility, with the original 81 providing all the crunch and aggressiveness it's famous for and an all new single-coil that features a fatter tone with plenty of punch and clarity. Either mode is accessed through a push/pull pot for versatility. Dual internal preamps, one tuned for single-coil mode and the other for dual-coil mode, give the 81TW two distinct sounds while delivering EMG's well known noise cancelling technology in both modes. The most important thing about the vintage Patent Applied For pickup was its warm, smooth tone and sustain that was unlike anything heard before. The SH-1 is built with the same kind of enameled wire, nickel-plated studs, and balanced coil windings that humbucker inventor Seth Lover used in his first pickups. Learn More...

These 9-volt active humbuckers deliver a less compressed tone, with a more extended frequency response. In Duncan's efforts to solve the issues involved in achieving that goal, they discovered that some of the most popular active pickups have what they consider a design flaw in their circuit architecture. With its "Patent Applied For" decal on the baseplate, the '57 Classic and '57 Classic Plus are faithful replicas of the famous Gibson humbuckers that helped define the music of the late 1950's. Learn More...
SPH90-1 Real-deal single-coil P-90 sound in a direct replacement for humbucker-equipped guitars. Phat Cats provide a great combination of output and high-end response. Kirk Hammett first visited EMG back in the early 80's when Metallica was a local group on the rise. The KH20 system joins the EMG-81 with a pair of EMG-S single-coil pickups. These pickups are all built around ceramic magnets for the tightest, most controlled sound. Learn More...

The Dimebucker uses a powerful ceramic magnet coupled with stainless steel blades for boot kickin' attitude. The secret to the Dimebucker's hard-hitting crunch is the small amount of metal mass in the core of the pickup. This allows the SH-13 to have both high DC resistance and a high resonant peak. The result is a high-output, aggressive humbucker with lots of treble bite and clarity, as well as punchy bass response and exceptional dynamics. Learn More...
If it's no-holds-barred, in-your-face hard rock licks you want, look no further than the Gibson 500T. The powerful multi-ceramic magnet structure enables this monster to cover lots of territory. The SH-55 was designed jointly by Seymour and humbucker inventor Seth Lover. Just like the original 1955 P.A.F.s, the SH-55 utilizes a nickel silver bottom plate, butyrate plastic bobbins; plain enamel wire, an Alnico bar magnet, a wooden spacer, and black paper tape. The SH-55 uses a nickel silver cover instead of brass, which magnetically eliminates too much of the pickup's natural high-end tone. Learn More...
The BurstBucker Pro enhances the vintage "edge" of Gibson's popular BurstBucker pickups with the added feature of an Alnico 5 magnet. In keeping with Gibson's long history of experimentation and innovation in pickup design, Gibson developed an Alnico 5 BurstBucker specifically for new Les Paul Standards. Learn More...

The Custom Shop '78 Model is a faithful recreation of the legendary low-output, Alnico 2, P.A.F.-style humbucker that Seymour designed in 1978 for various high-profile artists he was working with at the time. This pickup should not be associated with any specific artist. The D.C. Resistance is around 9.00K. Learn More...

The perfect bridge-position companion to the '57 Classic, the '57 Classic Plus mimics those late-1950's humbuckers that received a few extra turns of wire. This treatment gave the pickup slighter higher output without sacrificing its rich, vintage tone. Learn More...

A completely balanced coil configuration produces great harmonics and a high output with just the right blend of sustain and distortion. You get the best of both worlds: from sweet warm tones to raw rock 'n' roll. Combine this with the (SH-2) Jazz Neck and you've got Seymour's personal favorite combination. Learn More...
This pickup is designed for maximum impact and power. The sound is tight, aggressive and loud. The design incorporates DiMarzio's patented dual-resonance coil configuration that senses more harmonic overtones than ordinary humbuckers. Learn More...

Silver is like an overwound Strat pickup with added midrange harmonics and bass. The Blue is warm and loud like an old 50's humbucker. Red is the scorcher with high output, lots of midrange harmonics, and crunch like a hot humbucker. Learn More...
