Feature:
has a nice variety of tuning options, though most aren't really necessary once you get past simple chromatic tuning.
Quality:
Overpriced, overpriced, overpriced. It works, and it works fine, but so do most tuners that cost half this price. The plastic feels cheap, the design doesn't feel especially intuitive, and it doesn't seem like it will hold up in the long run, and for this much money i had hoped for a lot more. Not very useful for tuning an acoustic guitar.
Value:
Like i said, far overpriced. shouldn't cost more than $40 or $50, at most.
Desirability:
Purely practical addition, probably should have chosen something else.
Sound:
Doesn't seem to affect the signal chain, although i try to run mine through a tuner out when possible.
Ease of Use:
Tuning stability could be better, especially considering the price. Honestly, my 30 korg tuner is no better or worse in terms of tuning stability. I had hoped the analog needle would give a more accurate read, but it doesn't really seem to. The mic isn't that useful for tuning an acoustic, as i had hoped it would be. I ended up having to buy a "tuning mic" for $10 afterwards, which now makes tuning the acoustic much easier.
Support:
i'll give them the benefit of the doubt, since it hasn't broke yet, i have no experience with them.
Overall:
I wish i had gone with a pedal tuner. The only reason i didn't was because of the included microphone, but it doesn't work very well. I'm now planning to sell this to get a solid pedal tuner to use in conjunction with my aftermarket tuner pickup, which is the only stable way to tune an acoustic that i've found. If the extra features are really that important to you then this might be a good purchase, but i was pretty dissatisfied with the quality in general.

Quality:
Plastic casing won't hold up as good as metal that's for sure.
Value:
Way too pricy for the matirial Boss used for this product
Desirability:
Its accurate at its best, forget about all other matrix dot type of digital tuners.
Sound:
Never put a tuner in the chain
Overall:
The price on this tuner is just way too high, for this price I expect metal casing and have input and output jacks mounted on the casing not on PCB board which would break easily, well how about at least include a little carrying bag for protection? the answer is no.
this product is made in China and the labor there is cheap you know?...
