Feature:
the best feature of the guitar is the case.
Quality:
The guitar is well made, unfortunately it doesn't come set up. In fact, I had a feeling that nobody bothered to even strum a chord on it before putting it into the box.
Value:
I got it for about 200 brand new with the case, and if narrow neck is your thing, it has the sound to make it good value.
Desirability:
It looks like a guitar, that is to say, I didn't buy it for the looks.
Sound:
It sounds good, particularly if you put nicer strings on.
Ease of Use:
the neck is very narrow (I don't like it), the action is pretty high and also not very comfortable.
Support:
didn't use it
Overall:
This guitar gets great reviews and yet, I would stop by the store and check it our for yourself. It is not that it doesn't have the sound. It is just you have to play and see for yourself.
Also, check out seagull S6 it is about twice the price but it might be worth the money. Another instrument that I really like is fender GC23s, it is a smaller guitar with wider neck and nice low action.

Feature:
It has the solid top [that is supposed to make it sound better], which is what we were looking for. I was also very impressed that it even came with a few extra parts, directions on neck adjustments, and a beatifully custom [snug] fit case.
Quality:
It is beautiful. The only thing that I can say is I did have to tighten the tiny screws inside the string adjuster things... they were a tad loose, and I think I have to have the neck adjusted as it is not a dime width the whole way down the neck. Nothing major at all.
Value:
This is rated #1 by acoustic guitar magazine, and according to all of my comparison shopping- this is an awesome guitar! Great Value! Guitars with these same features cost a lot more.
Desirability:
It is really eye catching. Our guitar teacher, almost couldn't take her hands off it.
Sound:
We are fairly new to guitars, but this one sounds great! Our music teacher also complimented how nice it is.
Ease of Use:
The neck is relatively narrow which is nice, and it seems to play very nice.
Support:
Haven't needed to contact the company- knock on wood.
Overall:
Well- after the neck adjustment and the strings get changed... I expect that we will have years and years of enjoyment with this guitar. I don't see the need to upgrade unless maybe my son becomes a famous musician or something: )
FYI- this is our 2nd Washburn, the 1st is an electric.
