"A GOOD ALL AROUND MICROPHONE IN THE STUDIO."

NO ROLLOFF,OR ATTENUATOR SWITCHES. STILL WORKS WELL ENOUGH IN MOST SITUATIONS WITHOUT THEM.

NICE SOUNDING MIC,IT'S A LITTLE TOO TOP ENDED (TREBLE)BUT NOT TO THE POINT WHERE IT'S TINNY. WORKS FAIRLY WELL ON ACOUSTIC GUITAR,PIANO, AND VOCALS

"BLUE GANGSTA!"

Feature:
Cool options that are blockbuster bling bling, like the custom pop filter and the shock mount. Motivates its users to a whole new level.

Quality:
Doesnt get much better than BLUE when it comes to quality. Each mic is tested before it leaves manufacturing and is hand built.

Sound:
Although the mic has an airy essence to its highs, it creates a very smooth sound with very even output. If youre looking for something thats just for vocals then take this Blue over the Dragonfly otherwise I think the Dragonfly is more universal.

Overall:
Great looking mic with equal capacity to perform. With a mic like this its up to the engineer to tweek the sound cause theres no doubt the mics done its job.

The Blueberry consists of a Class A discrete microphone amplifier perfectly chosen to BLUE's single pattern, cardioid, hand-built large diaphragm capsule. An entry-level microphone, the Blueberry has been designed to fill the needs of the home musician and professional alike. The timbre of the microphone capsule has been tuned to provide the end user with a silky bright and airy top end reminiscent of the best vintage microphones. This provides the engineer a recorded signal, such as a vocal, minus unwanted low-end resonance that can cause a compressor to breathe or pump. The final results are vocals and instruments that sit and blend with the basic track of recorded program material. All BLUE microphone capsules are capable of handling loud volume (SPL), the user may get as close to the microphone capsule as desired.
