For 81 years, Armand Zildjian spent his life living and breathing Zildjian. He hand selected cymbals for drumming icons such as Buddy Rich, Gene Krupa, Elvin Jones, Louie Bellson and many more. Now offering its first ever signature series cymbal, Zildjian has re-created the cymbal that Armand hand selected for himself; a 19-inch A Zildjian Ride, which he added rivets to and kept on his own drum kit.

The 21-inch Armand Rides are medium-thin in weight and offer a sweet shimmering quality of overtones without loss of control or Ride articulation and feature a larger sized cup for excellent bell access.
