This music stand folds up to fit in a small travel bag that can easily fit into a backpack. Fairly sturdy but will tip over easily if you're not careful. With a book of music on it, it becomes top heavy. Plus the width of the top part is not wide enough to use a music book with the page holders on the top.Otherwise a good portable music stand that does the job.
