Feature:
Darn good for the money.
2 pickups with independent volume controls. Slim, fast neck.
I would change the strings. The buzz some - especially the E string.
Quality:
As I said earlier, I would change those strings. Also you might invest in a new patch cord. Use the one that comes with it as a replacement - maybe. Everything else was just pure perfection. Go to your local guitar shop and check it out first, if you don\'t believe me. This thing is awesome. You\'ll see.
Value:
I don\'t think anyone puts together a better \"beginner\'s\" base. The neck is fast and furious. It has 2 sets of pickups. The finishes are really sweet (I bought the black one). Hey, topflite professionals use this thing. Buy one!
Desirability:
Guitars should appeal to you like women. This bass does. It is sleek, well put together, curvy in all the right spots, and makes you feel good holding it. I had to have it.
Sound:
You can all kinds of tone through this thing - punchy metal, slappy funk, light jazz.
Overall:
I\'ll be playing this one for a while. I\'ve investigated the Yamahas and Fenders (other reasonably affordable stuff). They just aren\'t as cool as the Ibanez. If I should ever have to replace it. I\'m gettin\' another Ibanez.

Feature:
Useful, everything you need to learn to play bass guitar.
Quality:
Being new to the bass I am no expert but the sound is great and the finish quality on the instrument is nice.
Value:
I looked at this and the Fender Squire starter bass package. Though the fender did have a more powerful amp, this package included more goodies like headphones (so you can play and not bother anyone), an electronic tuner, etc. for about $30 less. And the CD that comes with the package is perfect for someone who has never played, like myself. Within a short amount of time I was playing and it didn't sound too bad. Gerald Veasley instructs the video and does an excellent job for your first blues type playing and some major/minor notes.
Desirability:
I have the red model, very nice looking, clean design with good color.
Overall:
I'd give this a ten but not sure if there is something better out there. I just know that for the money you get a nice bass with a decent souding amp and some extra goodies that will get you playing in a short amount of time.
