Event was designed as an all around media workstation. And, loaded with Windows Media Center, Event becomes a self-contained entertainment system recording live TV, playing DVDs in high definition and audio in surround sound.

The advanced aluminum skin lets heat naturally dissipate allowing the fan to run slower and less often to keep unwanted noise to a minimum. The Complete Solution
Though Rain recommends the purchase of an external USB or FireWire soundcard, Event's onboard, high quality 2 channel (5.1 Surround) audio card from Intel is capable of recording, mixing and playback functionality. Also included free are copies of PCDJ professional DJ mixing and NERO CD/DVD burning software. Just open the box and start creating.
Media Savvy
Event comes ready to record live TV, play DVDs with progressive scan technology in high definition and audio in 5.1 surround sound. You don't even need a monitor since Event can connect to your TV (requires S-video) or HDTV right out of the box. Burn CDs and DVDs, edit video and organize your digital photos. Event does it all.
