Great bass, awesome sound. I would definitely recommend it to serious musicians. A little to pricy for those just starting out.
Sound
Big Sound, especially for 1 pick-up!! Perfect for the all around type of player. The s1 switch doesn't do much. If your looking for both a nice growl and a crisp sound, you'll love this bass.
Features
Comes with a sweet case, nice tools, even a strap! as for the actual bass, all the hardware is of good quality, nothing cheap about it!
Ease of Use
Plays very well. It's a bass.
Quality
The quality is perfect. I got a discount because of some tiny scratches on the back, but i feel like I got a great deal. Zzounds is the best!!
Value
It's pricy, but it's also a Fender. They retain value very well as long as you maintain it. In 20 years you can sell it for the same real price.
Manufacturer Support
no problems yet
The Wow Factor
Its a classic look, you can get the same design and logo for 1/2 the price with a Mexican made one, and the average person probably couldn't tell the difference. I own a Mexican Jazz bass, and you can definitely tell the difference in quality and sound.
