"Don't wait!!"

Feature:
1 crisp clean channel, 1 raspy rythyn channel and 1 "slap yo momma in the face" solo channel, what more do you need? I had 2 with all of the effects and they suck!

Quality:
Like a tank!

Value:
You cannot beat it, I tried.

Desirability:
Looks like an amp is supposed to, no sissy colors!

Sound:
I have went through a Behringer V-ampire, a Behringer V-tone 212 and this blows them away!!!! This thing will make your ears bleed. Make sure you buy a wha pedal (cry baby not hell babe) and life will be good.

Ease of Use:
It's so easy a caveman could do it.

Support:
Don't know and hope to never find out.

Overall:
This will be my sons amp when i'm done with it!

"I LOVE CRATE!! now i do anyway, thanks to this amp."

Feature:
I'm glad crate didn't throw in too many things to make it complicated. It doesn't settle for the bare minimum, or make the price jacked up with a bunch of features you don't need. Everything is perfect; just like you want them.

Quality:
Crate rhymes with great! Seriously this thing is tough. I can just feel that i could be taking this thing on tour for years and it woulds stand up. I don't want to put it throught too much abuse though. I've only had it for a weekend and it's already my baby.

Value:
DO NOT PASS THIS UP!! I REPEAT: DO NOT PASS THIS UP!! i was about to get a behringer but when i saw this WHOA!! u can't beat the price. forget the marshall forget the fender, u'l save hundreds with using this. DON'T WAIT!!

Desirability:
I LOVE IT. If this amp was a woman, she'd be beautiful. But seriously folks, this thing looks like an amp should. It looks ready to rock. It looks like it wants to own the stage. And it will.

Sound:
Oh my gosh... it says "CREATE YOUR OWN SOUND" on the box. They're not joking. I can get any sound i need out of this bad boy and i LOVE IT. The solo channel is saturated with a thick, beasty distortion that is PERFECT for metal. The rhythm channel is raspy and trashy and sounds great with blues and pop punk (my personal preference. set the gain to 9, low to 10, med to 7 and high to 4 and it sounds awesome). and the clean channel is super crisp and clear. chances are you might spend a little bit of time fiddling with the EQ to find ur perfect tone (i did), but once you do you won't want to turn it off.

Ease of Use:
Maybe it's because i had a behringer before this (and i've found that their equalizers are a little wierd) so it took me a while to figure this one out. But the manual has a little page with equalizer suggestions that will give your amp different sounds. Once i tried those out, I got the hang of it and it was smooth sailing.

Support:
Has plenty of phone numbers and stuff, but i doubt i'll ever need it. Plus, it has a 5 year warrantee.

Overall:
Awesome sound, great appeal, excellent features, simplicity and a price that'l make your jaw drop. Don't waste your money, folks. Get a Crate.

Featuring Twin Crate Custom L 12 in. speakers, 120 watts RMS, the GT212 is a powerhouse of tone. Front panel RCA input jacks allow you to play along with your favorite CD or tape. The rear panel Insert Jack allows you to connect your effects for greater flexibility. Channel switching and reverb may be controlled by means of a footswitch. The GX212 includes Crate's patented tube simulating Flexwave 5 Preamp, as well as three-channel operation for sparkling clean, rhythm, and buttery distortion.

Player Type: The GT212 is for players who require a powerful, versatile, hard working amp with straight ahead tone. This amp is designed to perform for just about every situation, the most often being a rehearsal or venue environment.
