Feature:
To me, the least useful feature is the scalloped horn. The tuners are good, but I've had other basses that stayed in tune better. The bridge is top-notch. I like the feel of the neck. For some reason, my BXP came with a 35" scale, not 34". I also like that the fret markers are on the edge of the neck you look at, not on the fretboard.
Quality:
I think it's beautifully made, especially for an instr. in this price range. I'd only take it on the road in a very good case, either hard shell or ATA/Anvil. If it's treated properly, I see no reasson it wouldn't last a very long time. You might end up replacing either the tuners or the frets, if you have it for a REALLY long time.
Desirability:
It's definitely a sexy axe - beautiful wood finish and black hardware. It's got a great shape. Only the useless horn scallop takes away from the overall look, but it's also different enough to get women to ask...8^)
Sound:
Overall, great sound. I think the tone controls could be a bit more responsive; they don't seem to alter the sound much. The tone is full-range, good lows, clear mids, good highs. It does mid to hi best; low is good but could be better for a neck-through. It seems to be more sensitive to high amplification; in studio, it sounds perfect, live at high volumes, it requires more tweaking and EQ'ing to be right and not boomy or tinny.
Ease of Use:
When using live at high volume, you have to adjust your sound very carefully. At normal volumes or in studio, it's very forgiving and has a nice sound. I think it plays nicely, although with such a long scale (mine is 35", not 34") you must finger accurately or you get buzz. If you play properly, it plays nice and sounds great. NOT for players with small hands.
Support:
Never had to deal with it, but I've owned many Peavey products over time and they've always been helpful when needed.

Feature:
Well, my only complaint is I'd like to have more knobs and controls, just so i can get that perfect sound.
Quality:
I disliked the factory strings, but the quality is incredible for the price.
Value:
Wow. This is indeed a Peavey. Cheap yet quality on the highest level.
Desirability:
You know what, I have a thing for the "stripe". Those are rad. And everything else is cool, as well. I like the Peavey headstocks.
Sound:
The sound on this bass is amazing. Active pickups give you great control, then turn on the passive and get some growl. An awesome sounding product, indeed.
Ease of Use:
Easy, easy. Its like using a fork.
Support:
we'll never know.
Overall:
I think this is my kind of bass ;)
