"The best cheap bass!"

Feature:
You can't expect much for the strings that comes with the bass, and the finish gets ugly very quickly when you use a lot of slap techniques. If you can change the pickups to active ones and lower the action will help a lot with slap "funk".

Quality:
As I said finish won't look good after a few weeks if you use slaps techniques.

Value:
Very good priced product. This one actually sounds great and is cheap.

Desirability:
It's my favorite bass for live playing. I play rock, funk, jazz, salsa (latin music) and gospel music and it sounds great on all styles.

Sound:
When I bought this bass I wasn't expecting anything more than a practice bass for home. When I played that bass guitar I couln't believe that it could sound and feel so nice. I play a variety of music and it definetly suits most styles. I have use this bass guitar for concerts even having higher priced basses to play with. It sounds good live but not so good in studio. I recomend this bass to beginers and people who play live.

Support:
Ibanez is just great.

Overall:
With a set of new strings and new pickups it is my favorite 5 string bass for live playing. Not good for studio since it sounds very very dry and the sound you get on studio is not very clear.
