"Carefully consider your needs before buying this guitar."
Feature:
Nice finish and appearance. I added a black pickguard, and a strap button on the body since it didn't come with either of these. The electronics are very nice, and allow good control of the sound, especially nice for a guitar of this price.
Quality:
After owning for 6 years, I've been disappointed in the quality. Initially it seemed okay, although maybe I just didn't know any better since this was the first guitar I purchased. Intonation is and has always been a little off on the high E string. Also have some buzzing on the low strings, especially when playing with a capo. The finish is cracking where the neck joins with the body. Also, the bridge is starting to lift where it is glued to the soundboard -- although this last one could be my fault from leaving it in the sun and hot trunk of a car a few too many times!
Value:
For an acoustic guitar, you can do way better for the money.
For an acoustic-electric, it may be worth looking at. I would suggest coughing up a few more bucks for a solid-top acoustic-electric if you can afford it.
Desirability:
Good looks, and the Fishman electronics add some appeal. But the looks and brand name defintely don't carry over to the sound quality.
Sound:
Unamplified, this guitar gets a "2" in my book. It's very quiet, thin, almost tinny.
Amplified, I give it a "6". After messing around with EQs on the guitar and your amp/PA, I found an acceptable sound.
So overall, I give it a 4 on sound. Definitely keep on light strings to avoid buzzing and other sound-related issues.
Ease of Use:
The thin body makes it light and comfortable to play, especially to learn on. However, this feature also really limits the sound and capability as you progress to a more skilled guitarist. Electronics are straightforward.
Support:
Haven't ever dealt with the Ibanez factory, although I would assume they are okay.
Overall:
This is an okay guitar to learn on, and probably semi-competitive with other acoustic-electrics in this price range. But do yourself a favor and play some others before you decide on buying this one. If you have any desire to play much unplugged, around the campfire, etc definitely go with a larger body guitar. If all you do is play thru an amp, then it may be a decent buy.

"huge & sweet sound"
Feature:
it has useful accesorries inside even though it has no peak & guitar strap. i think it should be included.
Quality:
i have problem with the strings it's very tight. i try to loosen it by adjusting the truss rod but it got fret buzz so i adjust it to the same position. And because of that my fingers hurts if i play long hours.
Value:
yes, compare to other product it price is very reasonable.
Desirability:
although i have problem with the fret buzz, i still want it. how i wish the guys from ibanez can fix my problem.
Sound:
the sound is great, it has huge sound.
Support:
i'm trying to contact ibanez through e-mail about this problem fret buzz problem but can't contact.
Overall:
i would really like to play this guitar for the rest of my life if the guys from ibanez fix my fret buzz because i have no problem with its sound its huge & sweet
