"REASON NOT TO BUY THE MEINL FOOT PEDAL"

10 MINUTES....PLAY ONE BEFORE YOU BUY IT.
Sound
good sound. JUST NOT CONSISTANT SOUND. THE ACTUAL CABASA IS NOT VERY SECURE. ALOT OF THE PARTS LOOK LIKE DUMMIE PARTS. THE INSIDE OF THE CABASA IS HOLLOW, NO SUPPORT INSIDE. WHICH MAKES IT NOT CIRCULAR COMPLETELY THEREFOR EVER MEASURE OR TWO THE TONE QUALITY WILL CHANGE. I HAVE GOOD FEET AND IT IS NOT THE PLAYER. EVEN ON YOUTUBE W/ MEINL PROFESSIONAL ENDORSERS PLAYING IT. THE SOUND IS INCONSISTANT. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT CONSISTANT RYTHYM PATTERN SUCH AS A SHAKER FEEL. JUST GOOD FOR SINGLE (CHIKS) SAY WITH CONGA OR BELL GROOVES. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!!NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!! GREAT CONCEPT JUST NOT A PROFESSIONAL INSTRUMENT. THE PEDAL ON THE OTHER HAND IS GOOD AND HAS GOOD FEEL JUST THE SOUND IS AWEFUL
